This vacation apartment is managed by Grindelhomes.
We hope you will have a great stay and are at your disposal from 07:00 to 23:00 at +41 33 853 10 04 if you have any questions or requests.
ACTIVITIES
There is no bad weather, only bad clothes! We will be happy to help you organize activities or excursions in good or bad weather. For more information on what to do, please see our Grindelwald page.
BUS
Traveling with the ski or city bus is included in your Grindelwald Visitor card.
To plan your travel, you can use the SBB-website or download their app. Your nearest bus stop is GLACIER.
CHECK-IN
We welcome you from 16:00. If the apartment is ready earlier, we will be very happy to welcome you earlier, free of charge!
CHECK-OUT
All good things come to an end. We kindly ask you to leave the apartment at 11:00 am at the latest. Check-out is at the reception of the Boutique Hotel Glacier, please make sure that all keys are returned. This is where you will pay the tourist tax and any supplements.
Your deposit will be refunded after final cleaning.
This is a vacation apartment, please leave it as you found it. The cleaning is included in your stay, but we do expect you to remove any trash, food or other items from your stay. The kitchen need to be tidied, plates & cutlery in the dishwasher and program started. Garbage bags disposed of in the appropriate container and recycling taken out (recycle containers at the fire station). We reserve the right to charge an extra cleaning fee of CHF 100.- in case of negligence.
COSMETIC PRODUCTS
You will find a small selection of Rituals products in your bathrooms. They are pretty, smell good and are Ecocert certified, which means they are also environmentally friendly.
DISHWASHER
We supply detergent for the start of your stay, should you need more, tablets can be bought at the Coop on the main street.

HEATING
Heating is controlled from the thermostat next to the TV (floor height).
HOUSEKEEPING
If you would like to take advantage of our housekeeping services, you can relax while you explore Grindelwald and its surroundings. Available on request for an additional fee.
KITCHEN
Everything is left for you to use and make your stay feel like home. Please make sure to leave the kitchen as you wish to find it. Please take note that the Kitchen has an induction stovetop and could by close proximity course problems for people with pacemakers.
LAUNDRY
The laundry is in the basement next to the parking. It is used with the green key left for you together with the laundry powder/tabs. More detergent can be purchased at the Coop. Please only use the washtower to the right. A washing machine and dryer is available for you. The left hand machine is private. To get power, insert the key in the slot next to the dryer, and start washing. Please note, this is a shared facility please leave it as you found it.
LAUNDRY SERVICE
Laundry service is provided by Grindelhomes. Please fill out the laundry service price list and drop the bag off at the reception. For next day delivery, the laundry must be dropped off before 11:00 am. We do not offer dry cleaning services.
LIGHTS LIVING ROOM
To switch on use button A on the left side of the white remote.
To switch off use button A on the right side of white remote.
MASSAGE
Whether it’s a sore neck, backache, headache or heartache, a massage can fix it all. Discover our range of rejuvenating in-house spa treatments for relaxation and healing. Massages can be booked in advance over the phone or online.

NIGHT REST
Please respect the residential law, no loud noise after 22:00, make sure doors and windows are closed to limit the spread of noise.
NO SMOKING
Smoking is only permitted on the balcony from the living room. Please do not throw cigarette buds from the balcony, use an ashtray, and close the windows while you are outside smoking.
PARKING
Parking 5 in the basement is reserved for your use.
Please only use the provided parking.
RESTAURANT
We would love to welcome you in our Glacier Fine Dining or Petit Glacier at Boutique Hotel Glacier.

SKI & BIKE ROOM
In winter for ski and ski boots and in summer for bikes, we are happy to offer you a storage room in the basement. Entry through the white door in the garage We ask you not to wear your ski boots in the lift and apartment to protect the floor. Thank you very much!
TOWELS
One towel per guest is provided. Please feel free to wash the towels yourself or contact us for replacement. There is an additional charge for this service.

WASTE / GARBAGE / RECYCLING
We ask you to dispose of waste inside and outside the Blue Ice apartment in the appropriate containers.
The local government only accepts garbage in the provided garbage bags. Please fill the bag and dispose them at the container in the little wooden house located in the drive way.
Recycling can be done next to the fire station or Grindelwald bus terminal. Please protect our environment by dispose your recycling correctly.
